Our school was born of a passion from our founder Mark Sauls, to contribute to a better world through training effective leaders.

Roosevelt, Mahatma Gandhi, Emeline Pankhurst, Rosa Parks, Jacinda Arderne, Nelson Mandela and Barack Obama are referenced in this course as as well as many others to demonstrate how their application of leadership principles and their strategic approaches lead to great success. There are also examples from the Mark's own experiences in the leadership world to bring a practical aspect to what you may be experiencing at a management or senior management level on your journey. The challenges of leadership that come with ensuring employee and industrial relationships are kept in a healthy state as well as the political jousting that you will need to become adept at and learn to navigate.
